Refund Policy

This refund policy defines the conditions under which a customer may request a refund following the purchase of a service.

- Deposits paid for **service reservations** (e.g., boat, car, etc.).
3. Refund Conditions

- The service was not provided in accordance with the detailed description of the excursion or trip.
- The reserved service could not be provided due to external factors.
- An error in billing or payment was identified.
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
- Cancellation without a valid reason or no-show without prior notice.
- Services that have already started or been provided (e.g., participation or service already rendered).
4. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, the customer must:

- Respect the deadlines indicated in this policy.
5. Refund Terms
After the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
